Turning On/Off Thumbnail Preview

If you want to show a thumbnail preview of graphic files

1. Go to the Control Panel
2. Select Folder Options
3. Select View
4. the box called "Always show icons, never thumbnails"
    4a. untick the box to turn thumbnails ON
    4b. tick the box to turn thumbnails OFF
